Exporting a vehicle from the UAE has never been simpler. Follow these steps and our team guides you every step of the way.
Step-by-Step Process

Browse & Select Your Vehicle
Visit our vehicle catalogue and choose the make, model, and specification you want. Filter by brand or body type. Every listing shows available trim levels, colors, and key specs.

Submit a Quote Request
Click the Request a Quote button on any vehicle page. Fill in the form with your details, quantity, destination country, and any special requirements. This is free and places no obligation on you.
Make sure to specify your destination port — this allows us to quote you an accurate CIF or FOB price.

Receive Your Quotation (Within 24 Hours)
Our team will review your request and send a detailed quotation by email. The quote includes vehicle price, export fees, shipping cost to your destination, and estimated lead time.
We quote both FOB (Dubai/Jebel Ali) and CIF (your destination port). Prices are valid for 48 hours from issue date due to market fluctuations.

Confirm Your Order & Pay Deposit
Once you accept the quote, we issue a pro forma invoice. A deposit — typically 30% of the vehicle value — is required to reserve and order the unit. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and other agreed methods.

Vehicle Sourcing & Pre-Export Inspection
We source your confirmed vehicle from our UAE supplier network. All units are brand new (0 kilometers). Prior to export, we conduct a pre-dispatch inspection and can arrange third-party inspection on request.

Export Documentation
Our team prepares all necessary UAE export documentation, including the export certificate, original manufacturer invoice, and customs clearance paperwork. We coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Common documents provided: Export Certificate, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (on request).

Balance Payment & Vehicle Release
Once documentation is finalized and your vehicle is ready at port, we request the remaining balance. The vehicle is released and loaded for shipment upon confirmation of full payment.

Shipment & Delivery
Your vehicle departs from Jebel Ali Port (Dubai) or as agreed, and we share all tracking and shipment details including the Bill of Lading. Typical transit times vary by destination from 7 to 45 days.
We work with major RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) and container shipping lines to ensure your vehicle arrives safely.
